Even those who dismissed email marketing as being time consuming and in-effective are now considering the benefits this new form of cross-channel marketing could bring. Indeed email marketing has become more intuitive, placing control in the hands of customers making it far more interactive, something which has never been seen before and with a new wave of email marketing tools hitting the scene, businesses now have no excuse not to adopt it!
